Our rental fleet also includes a clean, safe horse and livestock trailer, a 20’ 10,400‑lb PJ car hauler with roll‑over fenders, and a versatile enclosed 5x8 trailer for everyday hauling needs.

Payments
We accept most forms of payments.
Stripe
Tax
Tax rate of 6.0% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
A Card Processing Fee of 3.0% will be assessed to all Rental Orders using non-Stripe processors for payment.
Security Deposit
Please review our rental policies to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience:
- Be on time for pickups and returns. Late returns are subject to a $30/hour fee.
- Tire issues (flats, blowouts, punctures) are the renter’s responsibility.
- Trailers must be returned clean. A $50+ cleaning fee will be charged if the trailer is returned dirty.
- Refundable deposit: $125–$200, depending on the trailer.
These guidelines allow us to maintain high‑quality equipment and provide dependable service to all renters.
Quad Cities Transportation is a fully contactless rental company. Once your equipment is booked, you’ll receive a welcome email confirming your reservation.
